In order to redeem your Bitpanda To Go voucher, please proceed as follows:
- Log in to your account
- Click on Trade at the top
- Click on Redeem voucher
- Choose Bitpanda To Go
- Choose the desired cryptocurrency
- Type in your Bitpanda To Go code, accept to forgo your right of withdrawal if you agree with it and click on Redeem
Currently, it is not possible to redeem your Bitpanda To Go Voucher inside the App. Please use Bitpanda.com in the meantime, thank you.
