Our fiat wallet feature allows you to deposit money into your Bitpanda account and have it available at any time to purchase cryptocurrencies. You can also sell cryptocurrencies to your fiat wallet and withdraw money at any time. This allows you to react quickly to the market regardless of the processing times of the payment methods.
Deposits
To deposit money in your fiat wallet follow these steps:
- Click the Deposit button on the navigation bar at the top of the page
- Choose the specific fiat wallet corresponding to the currency you wish to deposit
- Select a payment provider
- Choose the amount you want to deposit and click Go To Summary
- After agreeing to the early fulfilment of the transaction and confirming that the payment method is yours, click Confirm, you will receive an SMS-PIN (not with bank transfers), enter it and confirm
- You will be redirected to the website of the chosen payment provider, or get the payment details for bank transfers. After completing your payment, you will be redirected back to Bitpanda, and the amount will be credited to your fiat wallet
- Tap on the Trade button
- Tap on Deposit
- Choose the specific fiat wallet corresponding to the currency you wish to deposit
- Select a payment provider
- Choose the amount you want to deposit and tap on Continue
- After agreeing to the early fulfilment of the transaction and confirming that the payment method is yours, tap Deposit Now
- You will receive an SMS-PIN (not with bank transfers), enter it and confirm by tapping on Send
- You will be redirected to the website of the chosen payment provider, or get the payment details for bank transfers. After completing your payment, you will be redirected back to Bitpanda, and the amount will be credited to your fiat wallet
- Tap on the Trade button
- Tap on Deposit
- Choose the specific fiat wallet corresponding to the currency you wish to deposit
- Select a payment provider
- Choose the amount you want to deposit and tap on Continue
- After agreeing to the early fulfilment of the transaction and confirming that the payment method is yours, tap Deposit now
- Enter the SMS-PIN you received (not with bank transfers)
- You will be redirected to the website of the chosen payment provider, or get the payment details for bank transfers. After completing your payment, you will be redirected back to Bitpanda, and the amount will be credited to your fiat wallet
Please note that the minimum amount for deposits and withdrawals for fiat currencies is EUR 25.

Note: When depositing funds via bank transfer, please make sure to always include the provided Payment reference in the reference field. If you have forgotten to include, or used the wrong Payment reference, please have a look at this article for further information.
Standing order
Creating a standing order to deposit money to your fiat wallet is possible. The Payment reference of your Bitpanda account stays the same.
However, we generally advise against creating a standing order to deposit to your fiat wallet, since our bank details have changed in the past and unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that this will not happen again at some point in the future. If you decide to go with a standing order, please check our bank information regularly.
