In general, changing your data differs whether you have an unverified or verified account.
If you haven't verified or started verification yet, you can always change your data yourself under the menu button Verification.
If the verification failed, you can change your name yourself under My Account.
If you need to change any of your personal information, such as name, current address or date of birth, and you are already fully verified or have a failed verification attempt, please simply contact us directly with the new data and the reason for the change, we will update our records on your behalf. If needed please also send us the respective documents e.g. marriage certificate.
