Transferring cryptocurrencies and digital assets to your Bitpanda Pro wallet

There are two ways to deposit cryptocurrencies and digital assets to your Bitpanda Pro wallet:

• From an external wallet
• Directly from your Bitpanda wallet

Deposit from an external wallet 

1. Log in to Bitpanda Pro
2. Click on your User Icon
3. Click on Deposit
4. Select the cryptocurrency you want to deposit
5. At Deposit method, choose Blockchain 
6. If it’s your first deposit, generate a new deposit address by clicking on Generate
7. Send your cryptocurrencies from your external wallet to the Address displayed* 
8. Once completed, the deposited cryptocurrency or digital asset will appear on the Balances page

* Please always check the address displayed in your Bitpanda Pro account before making a cryptocurrency deposit to Bitpanda Pro. If required, include the additional information (e.g. a destination tag, Memo and message).

Note: The coins will be lost if you send less than the minimum deposit amount to your Bitpanda Pro wallet.

Note: If you sent a cryptocurrency to your Bitpanda Pro wallet but did not include the required additional information (e.g.. a destination tag, Memo and message), your coins are lost and the amount cannot be credited to your account.

Deposit from your Bitpanda wallet

The entire process will be carried out through the Bitpanda Pro interface.

1. Log in to Bitpanda Pro
2. Click on your User Icon
3. Click on Deposit
4. Select the cryptocurrency you want to deposit
5. At Deposit method, choose Bitpanda
6. Enter the Amount you want to deposit and click Deposit now
7. Once completed, the deposited cryptocurrency or digital asset will appear on the Balances page

Tip: All transfers from your Bitpanda wallet to your Bitpanda Pro wallet are instant, completely free of charge and it is possible to send the smallest unit of the respective cryptocurrency.

Balances

Once completed, the deposited cryptocurrency or digital asset will appear on the Balances page. To find it, simply:

1. Log in to Bitpanda Pro
2. Click on your User Icon
3. Click on Balances
