No, you do not need to create an additional account for the Bitpanda Global Exchange.
You can use the Bitpanda Platform, the Bitpanda App, the Bitpanda Global Exchange, and all other Bitpanda services with a single Bitpanda account.
In fact, one user is not permitted to have multiple Bitpanda accounts. Please refer to our terms and conditions (keyword Bitpanda Client account/Double-accounts) to learn more about our double account policy.
If you have already created a second account, please contact us from your registered email address using our contact form and let us know which email address and phone number you want to use in the future for your Bitpanda account.
