Where can I find the Order ID, Trade ID, Blockchain ID and PID and an overview of my account balances, transactions, order history and trade history on the Bitpanda Global Exchange?

What is an ID?

On the Bitpanda Global Exchange there are four types of IDs:

  1. Order ID - This refers to a single order you placed
  2. Trade ID - This refers to an individual trade within an order
  3. Blockchain ID - This refers to an individual transaction on the Blockchain
  4. PID - This refers to an individual fiat or cryptocurrency transaction (deposit and withdrawal)

Each Order ID, Trade ID and PID on the Bitpanda Global Exchange starts with an “X” and is then followed by another letter indicating the type:

  • XO - Orders
  • XT - Trades
  • XC - Cryptocurrency deposit and withdrawal
  • XF - Fiat deposit and withdrawal

Note: If you happen to experience issues with an order or a transaction, please always mention the relevant ID, when submitting a ticket from your registered email address via our contact form.

Where can I find the ID?

To find the ID, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Bitpanda Global Exchange
  2. Click on your User Icon
  3. Click on either Transactions, Order history or Trade history, depending on the type of issue you have
  4. If you cannot see it in the overview right away, click on the individual entry

Note: When submitting a request from your registered email address via our contact form, it is imperative that you provide us with as much information as possible, such as if it was an order, a trade, or a transaction, and if the transaction was a deposit or withdrawal. Please also include the ID and detailed screenshots to help us solve your issue as quickly as possible.

Balances

In this view, you can see all fiat currencies, cryptocurrencies and digital assets supported on the Bitpanda Global Exchange and your portfolio size for each of them.

You can modify the order in which the assets appear by clicking on: 

  • Coin
    The name and symbol for each digital asset
  • Portfolio size
    What percentage of your portfolio is held by each digital asset
  • Total amount
    How much of each digital asset you currently own 
  • Locked in orders
    The amount of the respective assets that is currently locked in orders
  • Value in BTC
    The value in BTC of each digital asset fund you hold
  • Value in EUR
    The value in EUR of each digital asset fund you hold

With the three buttons on the right hand side of each asset, you can:

  • Jump to the respective market by clicking on Trade
  • Deposit the respective digital asset by clicking on Deposit
  • Withdraw the respective digital asset by clicking on Withdraw

Tip: You can hide small balances by clicking on Hide balances under 0.00001 BTC.

Transactions

In this view, you can see your transactions on the Bitpanda Global Exchange. In the top right corner you have the option to filter through:

  • All
  • Deposit
  • Withdraw
  • Pending 

Click on the dropdown at Select time frame on the top left to only show the transactions for a certain time frame of up to three months. Click on the dropdown bar under Currency to only show the transactions for a specific currency.

On the right hand side of each entry under Information, you can see the Address where it was sent to. Click on an individual entry to see more details, like the Blockchain ID, PID, Fee and at what time the transaction was Initiated

Internal transfer

When performing an internal transfer between the Bitpanda platform and the Bitpanda Global Exchange there are two individual PIDs involved. One on the sending side and one on the receiving side.

For example, you send BTC via an internal transfer from the Bitpanda platform to the Bitpanda Global Exchange. The PID for sending from the Bitpanda platform is visible on the Bitpanda platform, and the PID for receiving it on the Bitpanda Global Exchange is visible on the Bitpanda Global Exchange.

Order history

In this view, you can see your orders on the Bitpanda Global Exchange. In the top right corner, you have the option to filter your orders by:

  • Open 
  • Filled

Click on the drop-down list under Market in the top left to only show the orders for a specific trading pair. In the Filled view you can also click on the drop-down list at Select time frame in the top left to only show the transactions for a certain time frame of up to three months.

In the Open view, you will find the Order ID on the right hand side of each order.

Once an order is in the Filled view, you can click on the respective entry to see the Order summary, including the Order ID, Status, and the individual Trade IDs within this order.

Trade history

In this view, you can see your trades on the Bitpanda Global Exchange.

Click on the drop-down list under Select time frame in the top left to only show the transactions for a certain time frame of up to three months. Click on the drop-down list under Market to only show the trades for a specific trading pair.

You can see the Trade ID on the right hand side of each trade.
