What are BEST Rewards?

The Bitpanda ecosystem offers many benefits, the updated BEST Rewards being one of them.

What are BEST Rewards

BEST Rewards are benefits granted voluntarily by Bitpanda under its loyalty programme called the Bitpanda Loyalty Programme, which you can use to increase your BEST holdings by up to 15% a year.

Every user holding BEST in their wallet on Bitpanda who completes at least one weekly trade and actively claims the accrued BEST Rewards by accepting the weekly pop-up is eligible to receive the equivalent of up to 0.275% of their BEST holdings. In other words, all you have to do is have a minimum of 10 BEST in your Bitpanda wallet, complete at least one weekly trade and actively claim the weekly reward.

Tip: The higher your BEST VIP level and the more you trade, the more BEST you are entitled to.

How to claim BEST Rewards

In order to be entitled to receive BEST Rewards each week, you have to actively do a couple of things:

  • Have a verified Bitpanda account
  • Hold a minimum amount of 10 BEST in your Bitpanda wallet
  • Actively claim your BEST Rewards once a week on Bitpanda
  • Accept the Bitpanda Loyalty Programme terms and conditions during the claim process
  • Trade any digital asset at least once a week on Bitpanda either before or after your BEST Rewards claim for the given week

Tip: A savings plan purchase also counts as a trade.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Head over to Bitpanda and log in with your verified account
  2. On the Bitpanda dashboard, you will see a BEST Rewards banner. There, you have to click on the button Claim BEST Rewards
  3. Read the information on the pop up you see carefully and also check out the Bitpanda Loyalty Programme terms and conditions
  4. Click on the two toggles next to the Bitpanda Loyalty Programme terms and conditions and the additional information to agree to both of them
  5. To finish the claim process, click on the button Claim BEST Rewards now
  6. After you have successfully completed the claim process, you will see that the button on the Bitpanda dashboard now says Already claimed

Snapshot

The snapshot of your BEST holdings, BEST VIP level and total amount traded over the whole week is taken at 11:59:59 pm CET/CEST each Sunday.

If you meet all the requirements, you will be eligible to receive up to 0.275% of your BEST holdings on Monday of the following week for the previous week.

FAQ

Does BEST Rewards also work with a savings plan?
Yes. A savings plan purchase also counts as a trade.
Can I hold BEST on an external wallet for BEST Rewards to work?
No. You have to hold BEST on your Bitpanda wallet. Not on an external wallet.
