Why have I reached my limits?
If you have reached your limits, this can be due to the following reasons:
- You have only registered recently and have not completed the verification deposit yet
- You have only completed light verification. Learn more about the difference between light and full verification
- You simply used up the normal daily, monthly or total limits mentioned here
- You have reached the lifetime limits, e.g. for payouts. Please contact us and we will guide you through the process to find a solution as soon as possible
