You can reset your 2FA by submitting a request. After submission, you'll receive a verification link via email (usually within a few minutes; occasionally, a short delay may occur). Complete the identity check within 3 weeks to ensure your changes are applied.

How will the verification go?
Note: For security reasons, we need to verify your identity to ensure you are the owner of the account and can proceed with a 2FA reset.
Click the link in the email you received to start the Sumsub verification process. During this process, you'll need to:
- Upload photos of your ID
- Take a selfie or participate in a short “live check” (e.g., speak displayed digits or follow liveness prompts).
