Wrong address or network Funds sent to an incorrect or unsupported network or wallet address. Check the correct deposit address and network on your Bitpanda wallet.

Network congestion or low fees Heavy blockchain traffic or low mining fees can delay confirmations. Please allow additional time for your transaction to complete.

Verify that the cryptocurrency was sent to the correct deposit address for that specific coin or token.

  • Go to your Bitpanda account and open the wallet for the deposited coin.
  • Click Deposit and check the exact address (and tag/memo if required).
  • Compare this with the address you used to send the funds.
Note: Each cryptocurrency has its own network and address format. Sending funds to the wrong address (e.g. BTC to BCH) can cause permanent loss.
