FAQ's
Can I verify if my country or ID is not supported? +
Unfortunately, if we do not support your identity document or country of residence, this means that verification with Bitpanda is currently not possible.
Why is my ID supported but not my country of residence? +
Due to regulatory reasons, verification is only possible in certain countries. However, in some cases, verification providers accept ID documents even from non-supported countries.
For example, although verification is not available in Argentina, an Argentinian passport can be a valid verification document.
I can’t verify. Are there alternatives? +
Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to complete your verification if our verification services are unable to verify your account. We also do not offer the possibility to be verified by post, via email, or in person.
