If you have trouble receiving emails from us, there are several reasons that could cause the problem.
Confirmation email for new account
If you have just created an account, and you have not received the confirmation email after half an hour, please make sure you have entered the correct email address and click on resend the confirmation email.
General solutions
In case you have already confirmed your email address, and you are receiving, for example, no information or confirmation emails about trades and other activities on Bitpanda, please try the following:
Check all mailbox foldersSearch through folders like Spam, Advertisements, and others. Automated emails are often placed there.Check your settings, blocked contacts list, and folder of deleted messages, as some emails might be marked as deleted directly.
Resend and whitelist our addressesClick on Resend email in your Wallet or History if the email has still not arrived after a few minutes.We send emails from: bitpanda@bitpanda.com.If your provider is blocking us, whitelist our addresses by adding them to your address book or tagging them as trusted.
Review storage and email settingsCheck if your inbox storage is full. Delete messages or increase storage to ensure you can receive new mail.If using POP3, try switching to IMAP settings to help with access across different devices.Ensure your firewall or antivirus software is not blocking incoming emails; try deactivating them temporarily.
Troubleshoot devices and connectionCheck your internet connection and switch the network if possible.Try a different browser, device, or email programme. On mobile, try disconnecting and reconnecting to your mailbox.Verify you are still logged in to your mobile mailbox, as a password change may have disconnected you.
