How can I whitelist the Bitpanda email address?

To whitelist the Bitpanda email address please select your relevant email provider and follow the steps below:

Gmail and Google Mail
  1. Log in to Gmail
  2. Click the Settings icon (gear icon) and select Settings
  3. Click on the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab
  4. Click on Create new filter (at the bottom if you have multiple addresses)
  5. In the From field, type: support@bitpanda.com and bitpanda@bitpanda.com. To whitelist all Bitpanda addresses, type @bitpanda.com
  6. Click Create filter
  7. Select "Never send to Spam" to tell Gmail what to do with Bitpanda emails
  8. Click Create filter again to save
Yahoo
  1. Log in to Yahoo and click the Settings icon
  2. Click More settings Filters on the left-hand side
  3. Click +Add new filters and name it (e.g. Whitelist Bitpanda)
  4. Under Set rules, select From and contains
  5. Type support@bitpanda.com and bitpanda@bitpanda.com
  6. Under Choose a folder to move to, select Inbox
  7. Click Save
Outlook and Hotmail
  1. Open Outlook settings (gear icon)
  2. Select View all Outlook settings Mail Junk email
  3. Click Add under Safe senders and domains
  4. Type in support@bitpanda.com and bitpanda@bitpanda.com
  5. To whitelist the domain, add @bitpanda.com
  6. Click Save
GMX
  1. Click Settings at the bottom left of your GMX account
  2. Select Whitelist from the menu
  3. Enter support@bitpanda.com and bitpanda@bitpanda.com or just bitpanda.com
  4. Click Save
Tutanota
  1. Go to Settings (gear icon) General Settings
  2. Open Spam rules by clicking SHOW
  3. Click the plus sign (+)
  4. Enter support@bitpanda.com and bitpanda@bitpanda.com or bitpanda.com
  5. Click Ok
Protonmail
  1. Select Settings Filters from the left menu
  2. Next to Whitelist, click Add filter
  3. Enter support@bitpanda.com and bitpanda@bitpanda.com
  4. Click Save
AOL
  1. Click Contacts New Contact
  2. Add a name (e.g. Bitpanda)
  3. Enter support@bitpanda.com and bitpanda@bitpanda.com
  4. Use +Another to add multiple addresses
  5. Click Add Contact
iCloud
  1. In iCloud Mail, click the Action menu (gear icon) and choose Rules
  2. Click Add Rule
  3. In the Name or email address field, add support@bitpanda.com and bitpanda@bitpanda.com or @bitpanda.com
  4. Set the behavior using the Then menu and click Done
