When will a particular asset launch?
The countdown timer above the Subscribe button shows exactly when the asset is scheduled to go live. If you want to stay in the loop, click Subscribe and we will send you a push notification the moment the coin is open for trading.

What is a low liquidity token? +
A low liquidity token has a low trading volume, meaning there are fewer buyers and sellers. This can lead to:
- Extreme Price Volatility: Even small trades can cause the price to swing wildly.
- Slippage: The price may change significantly between the time you place your order and when it is executed.
- Wider Spreads: The difference between the "Buy" and "Sell" price is often much larger than for established coins like Bitcoin.

I cannot buy/sell a Spotlight asset due to low liquidity +
Trading these assets can be difficult if there aren't enough participants in the global market to fulfill your order. If your order is rejected, we recommend:
- Reducing your order size.
- Placing multiple smaller orders rather than one large one.
- Checking our Status Page to see if trading has been temporarily halted due to market instability.
Can I get free tokens or airdrops through Spotlight? +
No. In accordance with UK regulations, Bitpanda does not offer financial incentives, airdrops, or giveaway tokens to UK residents. Spotlight in the UK is strictly an early-access discovery tool for new assets.
