Forgot your password or PIN?

Password

Do you have trouble accessing your account with your password? Please make sure that you have not made any typing errors and that no auto fill option is activated. Please pay attention to case sensitivity and that you have used a maximum of 72 characters.
 

If you have forgotten your password:

Request a password reset Select Forgot your password? on the login screen. Enter your registered email address and click Request Password Reset.

Verify your identity If 2FA is not active, enter the SMS-PIN sent to your registered phone number.

Access the reset link Check your email inbox for the message from Bitpanda. Click on Reset Password within the email.

Update your credentials Choose and confirm your new password.

Please make sure to choose a new password which you only use for your Bitpanda account. Please never share your password with another person and change it immediately should someone else find it out.

Tip: If you find it difficult to remember many different secure passwords, you can use a password manager.

Note: Withdrawals will be blocked for 48 hours due to security reasons. We cannot shorten this barrier.

Should you still not be able to log in, please write to our support.

Also, know that Bitpanda will never ask you for your password. Therefore, never send us your password by email.

PIN

On the Bitpanda App, there is a four-digit PIN in addition to the password.

In case you have forgotten your PIN, just tap on Log out in the upper-right corner. Then choose a new PIN at the next login.

If you have entered the wrong PIN too many times, please wait up to 20 minutes and try again. If you are not able to re-enter a PIN after 20 minutes, please contact us.

Note: After logging out of the app, you will have to determine the PIN again at your next login.
