- Try a Different Access Point: If you encounter issues accessing Fusion, attempt to access it directly via http://app.bitpanda.com/fusion or try to use another access point (either through our mobile App or Desktop version).
- Check Quantity Inputs: Problems may arise when using the Max button or entering amounts close to the minimum trade amount for a pair. Manually entering a slightly lower quantity may resolve these issues.
- Email address change: If you’ve recently updated your Bitpanda email address, this might cause connection issues or prevent fiat markets from being displayed. If this happens, please contact our support team, they’ll be happy to assist you.
- Clear cache & disable third-party apps: If you're experiencing issues accessing Bitpanda Fusion or its features, try clearing your browser cache. Also, third-party apps (e.g for translation) or browser extensions might interfere with your connection, so consider disabling them as well.

Is Bitpanda Fusion a crypto exchange? +
No, Bitpanda Fusion is not a crypto exchange but an advanced crypto
broker. Bitpanda Fusion aggregates the order books of multiple (12+)
global exchanges and compares in real-time the order books across
all available exchanges. The best aggregated price in a respective
trading pair across the sample of exchange order books is then provided
to users.
What is the spread? +
The spread is the difference between the market price and the price
at which you buy or sell. It is measured in basis points (BPS), where
1 BPS = 0.01%.
What order types are available? +
- Limit order: Buys or sells at a specified price or better.
- Market order: Buys or sells immediately at the best available price.
- Stop limit order: This becomes a limit order when the market price reaches a specified level.
- Stop market order: This becomes a market order when the market price reaches a specified level.
What are maker and taker orders? +
- Taker orders: Fulfilled instantly, taking liquidity from the market.
- Maker orders: Placed at a set price, adding liquidity until matched.
What is the minimum trade amount? +
The minimum trade amount varies by asset and is displayed if the
entered amount in the quantity field is too low.
