In the app, you'll find an option to renew your Bitpanda Card. Just follow these simple steps:
- Open the Bitpanda app, and ensure you have the latest version installed
- Click on Profile
- Under Investments, locate the Card section and click on it
If you see a message, click on Renew card (This notification appears 90 days before your card expires)
- Please make sure that your delivery address is correct and click on Continue (Keep in mind that the shipping address you enter must be within the European Economic Area (EEA).)
- Enter a 4-digit code we sent to your registered phone number and click on Confirm & reorder
- All done! Your Bitpanda Card is on its way!
- You will receive a confirmation email with the delivery details
- Once you receive your card, don’t forget to activate it

No, it’s free of charge.
Tip: Before reordering, ensure you’re using the latest version of the Bitpanda app. If you see a 9.90 EUR fee, it means your app is not up to date.
If you have been charged for reordering your card, it may be due to your app not being updated to the latest version. Don't worry; reach out to our support through this link, and they will arrange a refund for you.
Card delivery usually takes around 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). If your card hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, please allow another 2 business days for delivery. Keep in mind that the shipping address you enter must be within the European Economic Area (EEA).
Unfortunately, tracking the delivery status of your ordered card is not possible at the moment.
- Download the Bitpanda mobile app via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Note: If you already have the Bitpanda mobile app installed, please update the app to the latest version.
- Activate your Bitpanda Card by clicking on the “Activate” banner in the dashboard of your Bitpanda mobile app. Alternatively, go to your profile and select “Card”.
- Type in the security code from the back of your card and follow the in-app instructions.
Note: The previous card remains active until either the new card is activated or it expires.
