We are excited to announce a new feature that allows you to convert the remaining amounts of cryptocurrencies (dust) directly to our Vision Token (VSN).
Follow these simple steps to exchange your dust for VSN:
Step-by-step guide

Access Your Portfolio
Open the Bitpanda app on your device and navigate to one of the following screens: Portolio overview / Asset List / Asset Details Page

Locate Dust Amounts
Identify assets with balances under €1, which qualify as "dust" and are eligible for conversion.

Start the Conversion
Tap the Convert crypto dust to VSN option, that will be available if you have at least one crypto under 1 EUR / GBP.

Select Assets
In the conversion window, select all the cryptocurrencies (up to 10 assets) you wish to convert into VSN.

Confirm Conversion
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your selections and complete the process.
Note: please keep in mind that this feature is not available for BCI, Leverage, Legacy or Real Stocks, or for assets worth €1 or more.

Managing Small Balances for Withdrawal
If you prefer withdrawing your small balances, here’s an alternative approach:
- Increase Your Balances:
- Buy additional amounts of the cryptocurrency to meet the minimum withdrawal or selling threshold.
- Withdraw or Sell the Entire Amount:
- Once the balance is sufficient, proceed to withdraw or sell the entire amount, ensuring no residual balance remains.
