Depositing with PostePay Italy on Bitpanda

PostePay is a payment method available to users in Italy on Bitpanda, allowing you to deposit funds into your account quickly and securely.

However, some users experience difficulties completing payments with PostePay due to restrictions set by the card issuer. For PostePay, an additional manual approval is required to enable card payments on Bitpanda.

To complete your transaction, you need to enable the "Money Transfer" category in your PostePay account settings.

 

For Mobile (PostePay or BancoPosta App)

  1. Open the PostePay or BancoPosta app;
  2. Select the card used for the deposit;
  3. Tap "Settings" to enter the card settings menu;
  4. Under "Online Purchases", select "Choose the categories your card is enabled for";
  5. Enable "Money Transfer" and tap "Save";
  6. Confirm the setting using your Poste ID personal code or fingerprint.

 

For Web (PostePay.it or Poste.it)

  1. Visit postepay.it or poste.it;
  2. Select the card used for the payment;
  3. Open "Settings", select "Online Purchases", then "Personalize";
  4. Enable "Money Transfer";
  5. Click "Continue" and confirm via push notification or OTP SMS.
