How to use the Vision Wallet

The Vision Wallet is designed for simplicity without sacrificing power. It’s perfect for both Web3 newcomers and experienced users. You can use it to trade tokens, interact with Vision protocols, generate yield, and more – all from a clean and intuitive mobile interface.

How to send and receive crypto with Vision Wallet

Sending and receiving assets is simple. To send crypto, just open the Vision Wallet, select your token and the destination address, and confirm the transaction. Make sure the token is supported on the recipient’s wallet, otherwise, it might be lost and unrecoverable. When receiving crypto, you’ll find your wallet address under the receive section. Always double-check the selected network to avoid issues.

How to swap tokens using Vision Wallet

The Vision Wallet makes swapping easy and efficient. You can exchange between thousands of tokens directly within the app. The wallet automatically finds the best route and rate by aggregating prices from multiple on-chain liquidity providers. No need to connect to external dApps, everything is handled behind the scenes for you.

How to restore access to your Vision Wallet

If you ever lose access to your wallet, there are two recovery options. If you activated Bitpanda Backup, restoring access is as easy as logging in and following the recovery process via your cloud backup. If you didn’t activate the backup, you’ll need to recover the wallet using your seed phrase. Bitpanda does not store or manage your private keys unless you’ve explicitly opted into the backup feature (see below).

How Vision Wallet gas fees work (and what’s covered)

Most blockchain transactions require gas fees, which vary depending on network conditions. While Bitpanda doesn’t charge any fees to use the wallet itself, you are responsible for paying gas fees on the blockchain.

What to do if your transaction is stuck or failed

Blockchain networks can occasionally be congested, leading to delayed or failed transactions. If this happens, check the transaction status using a blockchain explorer. In some cases, network issues are to blame, and retrying later can resolve the problem. Remember, due to the decentralized nature of blockchains, Bitpanda cannot reverse or modify any transactions.
