Vision (ticker: VSN) is Bitpanda’s new unified token, born from the strategic merge of BEST (Bitpanda Ecosystem Token) and Pantos (PAN). Designed to power the future of Bitpanda's Web3 product suite, Vision unlocks utility, interoperability, and long-term growth across Wallet, Protocol, Chain, and Launchpad.

Why were BEST and PAN merged?
Both BEST and PAN were created with valuable but distinct purposes:
- BEST: A loyalty token with trading fee discounts, staking perks, and Bitpanda VIP levels.
- Pantos: A protocol-focused token solving blockchain interoperability.
By merging them into Vision, we:
- Eliminated complexity and legacy limitations
- Introduced a token with real, cross-platform utility
- Prepared for global listings and decentralised liquidity
- Laid the foundation for a fully onchain, user-governed future
This was not just a merge, it was a strategic evolution.
What is VSN used for?
Vision (VSN) offers real utility across the Bitpanda ecosystem and beyond:

Key dates and timeline
- Merge Window Opened: 9 July 2025

The Vision (VSN) token officially launched on 16 July 2025. Since that date, BEST and PAN have no longer been available for trading on Bitpanda.
Conversion Rates
The conversion rates were fixed based on the 30-day average closing price before 25 March 2025:
- 1 BEST = 4.91 VSN
- 1 PAN = 0.89 VSN
Any BEST or PAN that remained on Bitpanda after 16 July 2025 will be automatically converted to VSN on 16 July 2026.
Frequently Asked Questions
Any remaining BEST or PAN held on Bitpanda will be automatically converted to VSN on 16 July 2026.
Until that date, you can withdraw your BEST and/or PAN to an external wallet if you prefer not to participate in the automatic conversion.
However, you can still manage your existing holdings. This means you can withdraw your BEST and/or PAN tokens to an external wallet at any time before the final automatic conversion.
Any BEST or PAN remaining on Bitpanda will be automatically converted to VSN on 16 July 2026.
All BEST and PAN savings plans were automatically migrated to
VSN
on 16 July 2025, when Vision was launched.
Users had the option to cancel their savings plans until 5 July
2025.
If a user had both a BEST and a PAN savings plan, each was converted
into a separate VSN savings plan. They were not merged into a
single
plan.
Benefits such as voting power and Spotlight rewards scale dynamically based on engagement. The more VSN you hold and stake, the more benefits you unlock.
All current BEST VIPs kept their increased staking rewards and
boosted
Bitpanda Cash Plus yields, based on their VIP level at the time
the
merge date was announced, until the end of 2025.
Since 1 January 2026, VIP benefits are available through
the
Bitpanda Club.
After the merge date was announced, it is no longer possible
to unlock
new BEST VIP levels.
The weekly BEST prizes and the Instant Trade Bonus were discontinued
as part of the transition.
BEST VIP4 and VIP5 members at the time of the merge announcement retained their Bitpanda Club status until 31 December 2025, regardless of their holdings.
From 1 January 2026 onward, VSN holdings no longer grant automatic Club access. Qualification is based on the current Bitpanda Club requirements, including trading activity.
Paying your fees with non‑staked VSN provides a 20% discount
on eligible transactions.
This benefit applies to buy, sell, and swap transactions (if
both
assets are eligible) for most cryptocurrencies, as well as Savings
plans.
If you do not have enough VSN to cover the fee, the standard
fee
will
be charged without the discount.
This benefit does not apply to Bitpanda Card transactions.
Go to your profile and select “Vision”. There, you can enable
the
Vision fee discount.
You can also opt in or out directly from the page of any eligible
asset.
