Why are we merging BEST and PAN?
Both BEST and PAN were created with valuable but distinct purposes:
- BEST: A loyalty token with trading fee discounts, staking perks, and Bitpanda VIP levels.
- Pantos: A protocol-focused token solving blockchain interoperability.
By merging them into Vision, we:
- Eliminate complexity and legacy limitations
- Introduce a token with real, cross-platform utility
- Prepare for global listings and decentralised liquidity
- Lay the foundation for a fully onchain, user-governed future
This is not just a merge, it’s a strategic evolution.

Conversion Rates
Conversion rates are fixed based on the 30-day average closing price before 25.03.2025:
- 1 BEST = 4.91 VSN
- 1 PAN = 0.89 VSN
After the merge window closes, all remaining BEST and PAN on Bitpanda will be automatically converted after one year.
Frequently Asked Questions
Your BEST and PAN savings plans will be automatically migrated to VSN once the token is live. If you do not wish for this to happen, you can cancel your savings plans before 5 July 2025.
Note: If you have a savings plan for both PAN and BEST, they will each convert into separate VSN savings plans. They will not be merged into a single plan. Please cancel one in advance if you wish to avoid having two.
All current BEST VIPs will keep their increased staking rewards and boosted Bitpanda Cash Plus yields, based on their VIP level at the time the merge date is announced, until the end of 2025.
From 2026, you can continue enjoying benefits through the Bitpanda Club. After the merge date is announced, it will no longer be possible to unlock new BEST VIP levels. The BEST Weekly Rewards and Instant Trade Bonus will also be phased out.
Yes. BEST VIP4 and VIP5 members at the time the merge date is announced will retain their Bitpanda Club status until the end of 2025, regardless of their current holdings. From 2026 onward, VSN holdings will no longer grant automatic Club access, but you will still be able to qualify through trading activity.
