1. What is the Wallet Rewards program?
It is a loyalty program designed to reward you for using your Smart Wallet. By completing missions, you earn XP (Experience Points), which determine your rank on the leaderboard and your eligibility for monthly VSN token rewards.

You earn XP by completing various tasks within the wallet. These are broken down into categories, such as:
Consistent habits, such as completing a daily swap of at least €10.
Higher-value milestones, such as reaching a total swap volume of €500 in a week.
Milestone achievements, such as reaching your first €1,000 in total swap volume.

At the end of each monthly cycle, if you’ve met the threshold, a "Collect" button will appear in the Rewards Centre. You can choose to:

Regular missions follow a strict UTC schedule:
Resets every 24 hours at 00:00 UTC.
Resets every Monday at 00:00 UTC.
Resets on the 1st of every month at 00:00 UTC.
Campaign-based missions may have their own schedules and timelines.
5. Staking & Multipliers
How can I earn XP faster?
You can "boost" your XP earnings by staking VSN tokens. This applies a Multiplier to every mission you complete. For example, with a 2x multiplier, a 100 XP mission will give you 200 XP.
Which staking pools count toward my multiplier?
The system automatically calculates your total stake across both Ethereum and Arbitrum networks. You don’t need to do anything manually; your global share is tracked automatically. The bigger your share of all VSN staked in the Wallet, the higher your multiplier.
Is there a limit to how much I can boost my XP?
Yes, the maximum multiplier is capped at 10x. This ensures that while staking is highly rewarded, the leaderboard remains competitive for all participants.
Does my multiplier work retroactively?
No. The multiplier applies to missions you complete after you have staked your tokens. If you unstake, your multiplier will decrease accordingly.

How is my rank calculated?
The leaderboard ranks users based on their Monthly XP. We also provide an "All-Time" view so you can see your long-term progress within the ecosystem.
Why is my name shown as an animal (e.g., "Clown Fish")?
To protect user privacy, we assign every user a random, anonymous identity and emoji. You will always see yourself clearly marked as "Me" on the list.
What is the "Threshold Line" on the leaderboard?
This is a visual marker that shows you exactly how much XP is needed to qualify for rewards that month. If you are above the line, you are eligible!
7. Troubleshooting
I completed a task, but my XP didn't update. What should I do?
Most XP is awarded instantly. However, for volume-based missions, the progress bar may take a few moments to sync with on-chain data.
What happens if I forget to claim my rewards?
Don't worry! Your rewards will remain available in the "My Rewards" history section. You can go back and claim them at any time, even if a new month has already started.
