Change or add a bank account for deposits and withdrawals

Note: Please note that any bank account you want to use on Bitpanda for your deposits and withdrawals must be in your name. For the first deposit or withdrawal with a business account, please contact us.

Deposits

For deposits, you don’t have to add a bank account. Simply deposit from any bank account in your name as described here.

Withdrawals

Changing your bank account for withdrawals or adding a new one is quickly done.

Edit bank account

To edit your existing bank account, please follow these steps:

  1. On your dashboard, click on Portfolio
  2. Click on Currencies
  3. Select the fiat wallet you wish to withdraw from
  4. Click on Withdraw 
  5. Click on the blue Edit icon icon_edit.jpg on the option Bank Transfer
  6. Change your account details
  7. Complete the process by clicking on Save

Add bank account

To add a new bank account, please follow these steps:

  1. On your dashboard, click on Portfolio
  2. Click on Currencies
  3. Select the fiat wallet you wish to withdraw from
  4. Click on Withdraw 
  5. Click on the Add icon icon_add.jpg at Bank Transfer
  6. Add your new account details
  7. Complete the process by clicking on Create

Note: Please keep in mind that when withdrawing from your fiat wallet via bank transfer, you must always include the IBAN, otherwise your transaction will be unsuccessful. If you are unsure about whether your bank uses an IBAN, please contact them. If your bank does not use IBAN, we suggest that you use an alternative payout method.

Tip: In total, five bank accounts can be added to each fiat wallet. Please note that each of the five bank accounts must run in your name.
