Phone number change

If you've entered the wrong phone number during registration or switched to a new phone number, please follow these 3 simple steps:

  1. Check if the new phone number is from a country where our services are available. We currently accept phone numbers only from those countries.

  2. Take a picture of the identity document you used for your verification (identity card or passport) next to a handwritten note with the following information:

    - Bitpanda Phone Number Change
    - Your new phone number
    - Today’s date

  1. Please send us the picture using our contact form and enter your registered email address in the appropriate field.

If you discover that your new number is being used by another account, please let us know. We can't accept the same number in two accounts.
