Your security is important to us. This is why you have the option to freeze your Bitpanda account if you suspect that someone else has access to it.
In order to freeze your account, please follow these steps:
- Select Forgot your password? on the login screen
- Enter the email address you have registered on Bitpanda and click on Request password reset
- In the email you will then receive from us, click on Freeze Account
- Please contact our support regarding your account deactivation and the reason. We will help you find the best solution possible for a fast and secure reactivation of your account

What can I do if I no longer have access to my registered email account?
If you no longer have access to the email account you have registered on Bitpanda, please contact us using a different email address, outlining your situation and mentioning any account-related data necessary for us to confirm your identity. Our Bitpanda Support team will then get in touch with you and advise you on the next steps.
