When will my transaction arrive?
Transactions to an EU or EEA member state bank account (via SEPA) take up to 3 business days. Transactions to other banks might take 1 business day longer. Your transaction status is also visible in your History.
Public holidays: Keep in mind that Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays do not count as working days for banks. Also, Austrian public holidays may differ from holidays in other countries. Additionally, not all banks process transfers around the clock, therefore delays may occur depending on the bank in question.
Troubleshooting
Yes, but if the transaction is already in Processing, please contact us and include the transaction’s PID. We will then cancel it on your behalf.
Should you have been charged despite your transaction being cancelled, please send us the following information to initiate a refund:
- A photo of your bank statement showing the details of the transfer
- The transfer data as a PDF export
- The transfer data as plain text in your email
Including the transfer data as plain text in the email will significantly speed up the processing time of your request.
