If you have contacted our support team and have not received an answer yet, this is most probably due to the fact that our support team is currently receiving a lot of requests.
As we advise in our contact page, after submitting your request, you will receive an automatic reply email with a ticket-ID. This is going to be your reference. If you have not received our email, please read our troubleshooting guide to help you make sure you are able to receive them.
When submitting your request, please follow these simple rules in order to avoid any misunderstandings and confusion:
- Add all the information related to your query in your initial communication
- Keep on writing in the initial ticket posted and avoid generating multiple ones
- Use only one channel of communication. It is easier for us to process your request if we receive the information from only one source, which will also imply faster resolution times too
Tip: If you have a Bitpanda account, you can log in to our Bitpanda Helpdesk and check the status of your request in the section “My tickets”. You will be able to see more information regarding your query there, even if support has not got back to you yet.
