Once you have downloaded the application (available on iOS and Android), you can start setting up and managing your wallet. Follow these steps to get started:
How to connect your Vision Wallet to Bitpanda?
- Open your Vision Wallet.
- Tap Settings (bottom right corner).
- Select Bitpanda Integration.
- Tap Link to Bitpanda.
- If you already have the Bitpanda app on your phone, the connection will be done automatically.
- You are all set!

Why should you connect your Vision Wallet to your Bitpanda account?
Back-up recovery
Connecting your Bitpanda account allows you to back up your recovery phrase.
The phrase is split into two shards:
- one stored in your Bitpanda account
- one stored in your cloud service
Both shards are required to recover your wallet. This adds an additional layer of security.
Gas fees sponsored
Once your accounts are linked, Bitpanda covers most gas fees needed for staking in your Vision wallet.
For example:
- If you stake your VSN, you normally need to pay ETH network fees.
- Bitpanda covers fees up to €3.
- If the fee is higher, you will need ETH in your wallet to cover the whole fee.
Note: Network fees depend on blockchain activity and may vary from one transaction to another.
Transactions between Broker and Vision Wallet
When your accounts are connected, you can easily transfer funds between Bitpanda and your Vision Wallet.
So you can buy your crypto via Bitpanda Broker as usual and transfer it to your Vision wallet.
How can I delete the connection?
Only Bitpanda Support can unlink your Vision Wallet from your Bitpanda account.
To request this:
- Send us a request via the contact form using your registered email address.
- Once the connection is removed, make sure to download and securely store your recovery phrase.
