You can close your Bitpanda account either in the mobile app or by submitting a secure request form (login required). This article walks you through both options and important prerequisites. Delete Your Account via Request Form (Login Required)

Use this form to ask for an account deletion. A confirmation email will be send to you once your identity is verified

- Withdraw remaining funds: If your balance is more than €10, please withdraw using the Send function before requesting deletion (on both fiat and crypto where applicable).
- Close open orders/recurring buys and let pending transfers settle.
- Optional: Download your account history for your records (see the general guide for details).
- Do not deposit or trade after confirming deletion: new deposits will not be refunded.
- If you think you might return in the future, consider keeping the account as is. You can always ask for a reactivation.
