Ensure no future crypto transfers or automated fiat deposits are directed to your addresses. Any incoming funds received after closure cannot be recovered, redirected, or refunded.

No duplicate accounts
Bitpanda security policies strictly prohibit creating a second profile. If you decide to open a new account in the future instead of reactivating this one, our system will automatically deactivate both profiles.

Keep it for later
If there is even a small chance you might trade with us again, we highly recommend leaving your account active. There are no maintenance fees, and you can easily log back in with your existing email and password whenever you are ready.
