How can I delete my account?

Please let us know if you are having problems with your account that we can potentially help you with. Perhaps you want to change your personal data, such as your phone number or email address.

Delete account

In order to delete your account, simply follow these steps:

Desktop Mobile App (Android) Mobile App (iOS)

If you have the Bitpanda mobile app installed on your Android or iOS device, you can delete your account by following the steps described in the Mobile App section of this article.

Please get in touch with us via our contact form if you don’t have our mobile app installed but only use the desktop version. When doing this, please enter the email address registered with your Bitpanda account.

Note: Please first check if there are any funds left on your account and withdraw them if necessary. Please download the history of your Bitpanda account as well. After you have confirmed the deletion, please do not deposit to your account anymore, as any deposits will not be refunded.


Note: Please keep in mind that you are not allowed to create a second account. If you are using another account, we have to deactivate both accounts.

If there is a slim possibility that you would like to use Bitpanda in the future, we recommend letting your account stay as it is for now. If you then decide to come back to Bitpanda, you simply have to log in with the email address and password that you have already registered.
