The confirmation of a deposit to the Fiat Wallet requires a confirmation with a PIN. You will receive it by SMS or call. There is no alternative to this option, except for deposits via bank transfer.
If you do not receive the PIN when making the deposit, there may be a variety of reasons.
Please make sure that you have a good connection to the mobile phone network and try it again. Please also activate roaming to establish a connection to the mobile network abroad, if necessary.
