I am having problems logging in from a new browser

If you are experiencing problems logging into your Bitpanda account from a new browser please pay close attention to the following points as they may explain why you are currently experiencing technical difficulties.

  • Avoid clearing your browsing data/cookies once you successfully confirmed your browser, otherwise a new browser verification becomes necessary upon further logins
  • Don't use the private/incognito mode in your browser
  • Please make sure to always open the latest email you received form Bitpanda
  • Deactivate any browser add-ons you have enabled on your browser

If your problem still persists, please follow the steps below.

From your desktop computer:

  1. Try to log into your Bitpanda account on your pc
  2. You will receive an email with a confirmation link
  3. Open your mailbox on your phone/tablet and click on the confirmation link in the email you received form Bitpanda (make sure you always click on the newest one if you received several, the others won't work anymore)
  4. It will open the Bitpanda website in a browser on your phone/tablet
  5. Now refresh the Bitpanda page on your pc (reload or press F5)
  6. Try to log into your Bitpanda account on your pc

From your mobile device (smartphone, tablet):

  1. Try to log into your Bitpanda account on your smartphone
  2. You will receive an email with a confirmation link
  3. Open your mailbox on your PC and click on the confirmation link in the email you received form Bitpanda (make sure you always click on the newest one if you received several, the others won't work anymore)
  4. It will open the Bitpanda website in a browser on your PC
  5. Now refresh the Bitpanda page on your smartphone
  6. Try to log into your Bitpanda account on your smartphone

Note: If you cannot open the link on the Bitpanda email, then try copying that link to your clipboard and pasting it in your search bar. If this does not solve the issue then try repeating this process using a different browser.
