To receive cryptocurrencies in your Bitpanda Wallet follow these steps:

Desktop Mobile App (Android)
  1. Log in to your account and click on Deposit in the top right corner
  2. Choose Crypto Wallets and select the wallet you want to deposit to
  3. You're now in the respective cryptocurrency wallet where you can see your deposit address and the corresponding QR-code
  4. Make sure to read and follow the notes below for your cryptocurrency. Then use your deposit address to send coins from your other wallet to your Bitpanda Wallet

Usage of additional deposit addresses

In the beginning, you have one deposit address per wallet for each cryptocurrency. In order to generate additional deposit addresses and hence, make your transactions less traceable, you have to first of all use the address.

Note: Pay attention to the different minimum deposit amounts. Keep in mind, that your deposit will be lost below this limit. Please note, that this cannot be undone. Warning! Don't send any other cryptocurrencies or assets than the same asset to a deposit address, or you will lose them. Furthermore, please read the notices to each cryptocurrency below.
