Just a quick reminder: only the link from the most recent Bitpanda email is valid. Make sure you open it in the same browser where you’re currently logged into Bitpanda.
Also, some email apps group emails from the same sender (like Bitpanda) into "conversations" or threads. This can cause the oldest email in the thread to appear at the top, while the newest one is shown at the bottom, sometimes even minimised.
In that case, it’s important to scroll to the end of the thread and open the latest email, as that’s the one with the valid link.
Tip: Pay attention to the date and time shown in the email to check when it was received.
Note: Links expire automatically after a short time, so it’s best to confirm your action within about 10 minutes.
If the link still doesn’t work, try this:
- Right-click the button in the email.
- Click "Copy link address" (or a similar option).
- Open the Bitpanda website (you should still be logged in).
- Paste the copied link into your browser’s address bar and press Enter.
