I have problems with the confirmation email and the confirmation link

Please keep in mind that only the link in the newest Bitpanda email is valid and make sure that you open the link in the email in the same browser you are currently logged in to Bitpanda.

Furthermore, some email programmes group emails from the same sender (e.g. Bitpanda) into “conversations” or threads. This means, that not the newest but the oldest email is shown at the top of the “conversation”. Newer emails are shown at the end of the thread and may only be displayed minimised.

In this case, it is important to scroll to the end of the email and to choose the last email, as this is the newest one.

Tip: Also take the date and time shown in the email into account to clarify when you received which email.

Note: Links expire automatically after some time, which is why the email should be confirmed by you within about 10 minutes.

If it still doesn't work, try the following:

  1. Right click on the button in the email
  2. Click on "Copy Link Address" or similar
  3. Open the Bitpanda page (you should still be logged in)
  4. Paste the copied link into the address bar and press “Enter” on your keyboard
