How can I delete my account?

If you are having problems with your account, with which we can help you, please let us know. Perhaps you just want to change your personal data such as your phone number or email address?

Please keep in mind, that you are not allowed to create a second account. Should you be using another account, we have to deactivate both accounts.

If there should be a slim possibility that you would like to use Bitpanda in the future, we recommend letting your account rest for now. When you then decide to come back to Bitpanda, you simply have to log in with your already registered email address and password.

However, should you wish to fully delete your account anyway, please let us know by writing us via your registered email address at Bitpanda.

Note: Please first check if there are any funds left on your account and pay it out, if necessary. After you have confirmed the deletion, please do not deposit any more on your account, because otherwise the deposit will not be refunded.
