How can I delete my account?

To delete your account, you are required to contact us via our contact form. When doing this please enter the email address registered with your Bitpanda account.

If you are having problems with your account which we can potentially help you with, please let us know. Perhaps you just want to change your personal data, such as your phone number or email address?

Note: Please keep in mind that you are not allowed to create a second account. If you are using another account, we have to deactivate both accounts.

If there is a slim possibility that you would like to use Bitpanda in the future, we recommend letting your account stay as it is for now. If you then decide to come back to Bitpanda, you simply have to log in with the email address and password that you have already registered.

However, if you do wish to fully delete your account anyway, please submit a request using our contact form as described above.

Note: Please first check if there are any funds left on your account and withdraw them if necessary. Please download the history of your Bitpanda account as well. After you have confirmed the deletion, please do not deposit to your account anymore, as any deposits will not be refunded.
